I cant believe Im seeing so many people blame the coaches here. This team can only play as well as the players are and we dont have shite for talent. Bo has even said he cant make the scheme easier for the players.....they just cant play period. On the flip side watson is doing the opposite of callahan. In the past few years he would pass pass pass instead of run, because he wanted us to be a pass team. Now we are run run run because they want us to be a run team.......well in the middle somewhere we became a pass team and not a run team. Its going to to take time to get rid of all the stink from the past staff, its going to take time to recruit talent. I dont want us to write the year off and play freshman but then again maybe its time.

Its not even the 4th quarter yet

These kids need to stop trying and just play, I think alot of them have forgotten its a game, and they are over thinking, getting to emotional, and wanting to much right now. Its just another game, and all I want this year is a bowl game, I dont care if its the alaska bowl. We can still get there.

Please remember the program is rebuilding......but on the other hand I sometimes wonder If I could play better d. They are giving so much space to the receivers. When we have the ball its almost like watching ohio state. You know the first play is run up the middle. We are doing Run, Run , third and long (pass). Its driving me up the wall. We dont have the depth nor talent right now, but we will, its gonna take time.....hopefully not to much time. Tonight I Bo is making clock mgt mistakes, and the players.........well the players are just making so many mental mistakes. We arent running a complex d or offense but players are having problems executing. Mizzou Is a good team though I hate to say it but they are, seeing the big 12 becoming better and better should help nebraska recruiting in the long term as more players will want to play in the Big 12.

Time warner in cbus ohio doesnt do a weekly package anymore, so you have to get the $129 full package. They do split it up over 4 monthly bills (32.25). Now Ive got to decide if I suck it up and buy the whole package with the possibility of paying $129 to watch just one game, that is if Nebraska is only on espn/abc during a big10 game again. (Next week and Thanksgiving will be on). If I buy it FSN, or Versus will probably do their other games just to taunt me. But then again Id probably spend 100bucks if my wife and I went to a bar to watch it.....hmmmmm

Linkage I loved the blocking from the receivers last night. Paul Niles block for the last touchdown was brilliant. Cant wait till I get to watch a game on tv instead of listening to it through the pc.

Its bad form to knock former players, its everything we hated callahan for. Even though they have the records you typically wouldnt want they were still huskers and put their heart and soles into this program. The players can only play to the level they were coached and we all agree they werent coached very well, but I applaud the guys from last year showing up cheering their former teammates. Imagine how alot of the seniors from last year feel knowing that they arent getting second chances to redeem themselves that all the other guys are getting. We cant hold last year over their heads, we need to make sure the door is open and we let them back in and enjoy the future.

Im a big fan of what he is doing, if the D doesnt perform at all this season then he shouldnt give the shirts to anyone. In leu of the blue shirt controversy: Bo decided he wants to win a game before he can start wearing a red shirt to a press conference again. He wants to earn the right to wear the nebraska red till then he will be wearing every color but red.

Word. The last list of Ohio watch sites I saw was focused mainly on the Cincinnati/Dayton corridor. Maybe you could trying looking up the Central Ohio Alumni Chapter and see if they organize anything. (And let me know if they let non-alumni tag along.) The other possibility is to set something up with one of the sports bars as you suggested. Most would have DirectTV. We did this a few years ago with Jillians (no longer there), but I'm not sure if that was a pay-per-view deal. (Again let me know if you actually do set something up.) I didnt attend nebraska, my only connection is its my home state... Besides my family Im the only nebraska fan in my circle of friends......also the only non big10 flag in the neighborhood. Fun knock on tOSU fans here and their bandwagon lifestyles. When I told a couple people Bo was going to take over the program none of them realized he played for the buckeyes. I saw that thing on dayton wish I would have known about that when I lived there for college. My wife and I are thinking about making the hour drive to see a game or 2 there. Fox n the Hound is/was a pretty good bar when I lived there. Besides it would be fun to get to watch a game with people that know the program. I live up in the north side suburbs of cbus so Ill try to see if one of the smaller pubs I go to would be willing to let me purchase and watch the game there. If you find something let me know.

Dont know if anyone here lives in columbus, ohio, but Im trying to find a place I can watch the game. I doubt I get the option with Time Warner here (Big ten network is suppose to hit by sat) so Im trying to find a bar that will have it.....shoot if I can find a bar that has satellite Ill pay the bill to have the game. If I cant find the game Im going to be relying on you guys like I have in the past to give me the play by play while I search the net for an audio feed...speaking of which will there be an audio feed on the net? Nothing like being a husker fan in the middle of buckeye/big 10 country.
