Man I couldn't agree with you more,,,, let's bring back HUSKER football. AMEN,let's get back to Big strong linemen and run the ball right through them,open up holes like USC did against us.Get back the tradition and make it an honor to be awarded and not just given a blackshirt.

In the middle of the season? Do you know anything about interviewing and hiring timeframes? What difference does that make?Look when Solich was fired.

Well let's see we got rid of the tradition,changed the tunnel walk,got rid of the option and went to this west coast offense,and made it practically a shame to be a blackshirt.Oh,yes and we also got rid of mediocraty.We have sunk to well below that.

Only positive I see about all this ,is there is about only one direction we can go and that is up,because we are at the bottom right now.

:up Our great A.D. got us in this mess.I think if a lot of people think back not very many can deny the fact that during a game in the Solich era and Osborne era that many times we all said why the hell don't they throw the ball.So many people wanted a passing offense.But really now folks is that what the BIG RED has been known for in the past?Hell no it isn't we were a team that focused on POWER and Conditioning we would literally wear teams out.We may be behind in the second half but the other teams were so damned beat up and tired they could not go anymore. So now we got the west coast offense.Personally I think it sucks.Of course if we had a Quarterback that could make good decisions,and quit throwing the ball like baseball player trying to throw a curve ball sidearmed,plus have an offensive line that could keep people off our quarterback it may work. So that takes care of the offense.What about our defense?Is it a west coast defense????What can we blame the lack of enthusiasm on and lack of pride in those blackshirts.Can anyone spell COSGROVE???? Fire this bum and go to Pelini and tell him he can call Snyder anything he wants from now on but we need him back as Defensive coordinator if not the head coach. Ok,now on with what I originally started out to say.Pederson hired all these coaches.Some coming from the NFL,etc. Now why do you think they came to Nebraska?Was it because they all wanted to be a part of the BIG RED Football team?Hell no it wasn't ,they came here for the same reason you and I go out to find a new job.More money,or knowing that the job you now have is in jeapordy.Now these BOZO's came here to make money and how many of them do you think will be here next year?Seriously!!!I don't think anyone of them realized the heat they will take from Husker fans for having a losing season. We need to get back to POWER fottball and shove it down their throats like we used to.Use the option that worked very well.How many times did you see a reverse this year?How about seeing Dailey rollout and pitch the ball right before he takes a BIG hit!!!Hell no you did not see that this year cause Dailey is a pu&&y.He see's defensive players come at him he runs backwards and lays down for a 5 to 10 yard loss. I may be stuck in the past but I sure liked our old style a lot better than our new.Pederson did not like the direction we were going,I wonder what he thinks now?I think I saw an ad for a igloo in Alaska for rent.Shal we all pitch in and rent it for Pederson?

Ok,what did everyone expect out of all the changes that were made this year?A National championship?Big 12 championship?A Bowl game?Folks none of that is going to happen this year.We will break records this year but not the ones you want to brag about.Think the loss to Tech and K-State was bad?Wait till we meet Oklahoma,it will be ugly!!!Why is all this happening?Because our wonderful A.D. Steve Peterson did not like the direction the program was going.Well I for one think it was going a lot further than it is now.Yes I like others could not understand Soliches thinking on a lot of things and at times I too screamed at the television to fire the s.o.b.,but we had what we had for years in Nebraska,stability,coaches who had been here in Nebraska for years and had pride in the program,winning seasons,POWER FOOTBALL.Now what do we have,all new coaching staff that was brought here for one reason in their eyes.To make money.How many of these coaches will be here next year do you think after we rack up the worst season in decades and they hear all the comments and take heat from Husker nation?So brace yourselves for several bad years.

:up Don't blame Callahan,It is our wonderful A.D. who did this to us.We have been through a lot of surprises and lost a lot through all of it.But when you(Pederson)Fire an entire coaching staff and lose all those years with the Huskers only because you don't like the direction things were going.What direction are we going now?DOWN I will stick by Callahan but lets put Pederson on a plane with a one way ticket.

Are you sure we can beat Baylor Bob?I have a hunch it will get real ugly from here on.We took the beating of a lifetime from who?Texas Tech?This was not a caliber of team such as USC,Oklahoma,etc. I really would be amazed if we end up with even a bowl game.
