So, after the win against Baylor, what is Nebraska's chances to be in a bowl game?

From an overall expectation standpoint, Bo is much better off coming back this season instead of getting the job right after Solich was fired. True, we might not have ever had the losing seasons, but he probably would have been ridiculed after every bonehead call, or anytime he won less than 10 games..Then would have been run out of town for letting our team hover around mediocrity. The way it is now, all most of us "Expect" is for the players to not quit..To give it their "best effort"..Stuff like that. I can't help but be hopeful for upcoming seasons..More-so than usual. I don't "expect" to win them all, but I also have hope that we'll win most of them and that players will get the most out of their talent and have a great college experience. ......

He doesn't seem to be getting as much attention as some of the other freshman during camp, but I think that will all change when he can practice in pads. It is too early to tell.

Mason did get an offer. He waited for personal reasons. He really wants to play for Nebraska. Things might still work out but I know that he will not walk on. If he doesn't end up at Nebraska it will be a huge loss for the program. He really is as good as his tapes. If he had gone to Hoover High School (MTV Two_A-Days) - Vestavia's rival school he would have been a 3 star at least and had a very diferent recruiting season. He also hasn't reached his full potential as an athlete. He could have really developed in Nebraska. Too bad if this doesn't work out.
