There have been many great moments in the rivalry, but me personally I will never forget 2001. The first year I lived in OK the Sooners won the national championship and I had to hear all about it for a year leading up to that game. The worst part about that was the fact that I worked at Sears at the time, who where the sponsors of the NC. So not only did I get to feel the humiliation of following through on a "loser wear the other teams shirt for a day" bet, but I also got to hoist the crystal ball later that year when they where touring it around their stores in OK. As you can imagine that's a pretty bitter sweet experience when it's your rivals trophy.

If I want to continued to be pissed off about the worst example of ref bias in Big12 history, than dammit I will be! You have some real balls coming on this board the day after your win and spout off your nonsense about the game being called fairly. If you really believe anything your saying then I'm afraid you must have your overgrown Aggie head shoved too far up the asses of the Big 12 and/or aTm, because that was the single most egregious example of officiating bias in American sports since the NBA's 2002 western conf finals.

Their top 2 receivers are the best pair we've faced, but neither is as good as Blackmon. But we have Dennard so I don't really care. But I'm not all that worried about it because most of them were because of Blackmon being awesome + an 80 yard trick play. I'd actually prefer 2 wide receivers who are 80% as good as Blackmon, because our 2nd best corner is so good. You are smoking crack if you think Jeff Fuller has only 80% of Blackmon's ability. Blackmon is having a fantastic statistical year. But where was he last year? 260 yards receiving and 2 TD's? I guess we will see tonight just how good Fuller is, if you have saftey help he probably won't do much which is how people have been playing him. Considering he was a RS Freshmen playing behind arguably the best WR in the country for most of the season, I'd say he had a good enough year. More importantly though, is the season he's having in 2010. Your an aTm fan so I expect you to stick up for you boy, but I have seen both of them play and I have to agree with the majority of the board and say that Blackmon is the better WR. That doesn't mean Fuller isn't good. He's just not as good.

The year in the photo says 1969...that would've been 100 years of the Univ. of Nebraska, founded in 1869. From what I've heard that was an NCAA wide promotion for their centennial anniversary. A lot of schools wore that decal in 1969, not just NU.

I'd rather he was the next Gomes. I just don't see us going through the Big10 in that peso D like we play so much out of this year. We need more 240lb Eric Martins, not that "adjuster". But there's plenty of threads discussing that This is one of my favorites because I think he's a "character" guy. He'd make a good addition to the unity council.
