  1. We have a lot to be proud of, but the loss is heart breaking.........maybe we should have a country song for the tunnel walk.
  2. FIRST, if ANYONE blames this on the defense you need to kindly step away from the board. IMO, defense played tremendous. stopping them from like the 1st quarter til the last 2 min? drive after drive...sooner or later they are going to give up some points. Consequently, the offense is completely at fault. or coaching, whatever. you HAVE to score points. idk how many times we were in the red zone and came away with field goal. like i cant complain enough about this game, quarterback BLEW, ahh! i dont know what to say.
  3. im going to go ahead and say that his grades being enough to get into a school like stanford is pushing it. stanford is becoming more prestigous than harvard for that matter. I graduated last year and we had a kid who had like a 4.2 gpa and a 34 on his act. im pretty sure i remember him saying he didnt get accepted. none the less he is now at Yale, ha but just a point to make. im sure the majority of it was based on athletic ability, with a plus that he has good grades.
  4. i dont understand why half the eastern part of US needs to see usc washington? leave it on the west coast no one cares
  5. makes me excited, i think this is the HD map http://www.hdsportsguide.com/news/2009/abc...r-september-19/
  6. i am not a fan of these actions, but honestly it has to be something we need to get over guys. while in a perfect world we would be able to enforce rules against such things, this isnt colorado, and were nhot going throw out a whole section. fact is, this is nationwide. i have seen this stuff frequently at the high school level as well. its just becoming a trend.
  7. We need to find him a way to get the ball. i realize that paul is a playmaker and getting him the ball is a must. and i dont know why the distribution of the ball amongst therecievers is being talked about. all i am saying is that it looked like Lee was awfully pressed to get him the ball, in which could become dangerous.
  8. Okay, so i know i said last week how he wasnt a factor, and then this week they must have felt the same and put a priority on finding him..I love the idea, but it felt like we were trying to hard on times. Give him the ball when he is open, if not check down, dnt get me wrong the guy had ahelluva game, but if you look at some of the replays you could see where it looked like Zac was trying to force it to him while he was covered, while he had other options that were more open. It may not be a problem yet but im worried that once we get to faster defenses that they will break on that ball and possibly cause some trouble for us. This is just IMO. oh btw, if dline gets that kindof penetration next week we might as well not go. excited to see what happens.
  9. I have 2 aisle seats in the East Stadium, if you are still looking...THANKS are they next to each other or on top of one another? if that makes sense
  10. i will take the first pair....115 for both right? loldont want to get caught...i have a paypal account but where can i buy them...sorry on the confusion...
  11. I am looking for 2 arkansas state tix. any info would be great, i dont really care where they are at. Just PM me. thanks!
  12. Maybe it was just me, but besides the kicking game, it felt that niles made no impact at all on the offensive side of the ball.. Did anyone else feel this way? As the leader of the recieving corps, I expected more. But maybe he was drawing more attention from the defense... Your thoughts?
  13. bennychico....im currently a freshman in college and looking to go into the marketing field with a hope of getting into the sports industry... what do you do? should i just start looking elsewhere now?
  14. What game is this? i know its one of the earlier games...like 3rd or something. Also...heard anything? im sure the AD will have something special planned for this day...
  15. Amen. Those stats really get impressing when you compare them to the big 12.
  16. sorry to catch you guys on a bad night. just looking for some conversation. not a bashing. or we can talk about the gator bowl til april.
  17. career at nebraska. i dont expect 300 passing and 200 on the ground in the spring game.
  18. Alright so im not one for comparisons. but as i watched the fiesta bowl this evening pryor is a stud running the ball. if he could get down the throwing part and decision making hes going to find himself heisman hopeful real quick. I think we might have a similar kid in cody green. only hes spose to be able to throw the ball! take notes watson. could be the star were waiting for. any thoughts?
  19. I thought Spiller was a jerk. hothead. whatever. Yes he is good dont get me wrong...and in the intensity and game and all. but dude pull your head out...i can remember several times where he spiked/threw the ball. Alot of clemsons team was not like this...not throwing balls and such...but just big hotheads... Did anyone else catch the play where slauson and another guy where battling down field and he got his helmet taken off...and instead of giving it back to him..the Clemson player threw it AWAY from him...honestly. theres no need for that. Love the clemson people..but was not impressed at all by the class of the players.
