  1. Thought yall had 'em last night! Oh well, still a great game, which is less than i can say for my tigers last night
  2. while i would love to see nebraska beat the VT Turkeys, I don't see it happening. I've seen VT defenses destroy rookie QBs way too many times
  3. Best from Cal wasn't listed at running back? really?
  4. wow the difference between 27 and 46 was what? 5 points? sounds like the NCAA is experiencing some parody
  5. pretty sure ford was only 3 or 4 spots from qualifying as well
  6. As a clemson fan, I dont like to see what he wrote about Dabo's outlook (he was down at #5) in that he wont win any more than Tommy Bowden did. I'm terrified that it could be true as I was not one pushing for him to the the permanent job in the first place, but I think he has the tools to be much more successful. The question is whether or not he will use those tools.
  7. According to their website the tea is 70 proof. The wine flavored vodka is 80 proof. Sweet Jesus...who cares? So I just got back from buying a bottle of Firefly at the liquor store here in Omaha. The guy said it has been selling really good. But wow, that stuff is amazing. I can't wait to really sit down and enjoy the bottle. Yeah, I wish I would have bought some stock in Firefly before they came out with this stuff. It came out in SC this past summer, and was flying off the racks like Nintendo Wii's. Firefly is a local distillery down near Charleston, and they are making some serious bank with the Sweet Tea Vodka. you and me both buddy, (i think huskerboard just helped firefly go national)
  8. WiscAnsin? really? is it the colors?
  9. really depends on what part of the state you're from. its true that parts of south carolina have the worst schools you'll find anywhere, but other parts have schools that can compete with anyone in the country
  10. The sweet tea liquor is called Firefly, its an 80 proof sweet tea flavored vodka. That stuff flowed like water the first few weeks of clemson tailgating (when it was ungodly hot outside)
  11. I played against Korn when he was still with Byrnes and let me tell you, he's a slippery guy. It was almost impossible for me to sack him. He's going to be a great thing for Clemson next year. by saying almost i'm guessing that you're hinting at the fact that you did eventually manage to sack him?
  12. Nah, if that's the case, it should be your O-Line. Oline did fine for large portions of the game, he ran out of the pocket about 15 times before it showed any sign of collapse. dont get me wrong, they're still not that good, but Harper had happy feet (and inaccurate arm)
  13. No, you're ridiculous. That was seriously a game-changing call. Of course they are going to go back and ask, "hey, wait a minute. Was this 100% or is there controversy here?" IMO, it was the right call. it was the right call, I think Tyler Grisham's 1-handed grab at the sideline (where the camera was too far away to get a good view) was a catch, but that fumble was definitely not a fumble
  14. I personally think your player of the game should be Cullen Harper. Hats off to Suh, Ganz, and Steinkuhler though. Especially to Ganz for playing with a gimpy leg and most likely a minor concussion.
