Bass any update on Bobby? Hows the healing going along and hows his spirits while he can't play? Hope all is well and he comes back with a fire in his belly. On a side note, if he can catch he could probably get quite a bit of playing time here next year. We currently have 1 receiver that is consistent and he graduates this year. To play devils advocate here, they didn't pay 55-65 dollars to see you jump around. It cuts both ways my friend.

I really do think it's time for Green to get his shot. As others have stated, it can't be any worse than whats happening now. Lee doesn't lead this team, and that showed last week at Missou, Suh had to console him. Lee makes one bad pass and he cries the rest of the game, he lets it get to him and he gets worse and worse and worse. Green might at least bring something to the team, maybe a little emotion on the offense. I'm sure he'll have problems and i'm sure our receivers will make him look horrible as they couldn't catch a ball the size of a globe thrown in their direction. I've seen girls with better hands that 99% of our receivers, and that is pathetic because I think these girls might be bigger men than Paul, Holt, etc. We need receivers that can catch the mother friggin ball, and if they can't they need to get some splinters on their ass on the bench. We need Lee on that same bench and unless any of them can step up and do their friggin job they continue to use up their scholarship sitting on that bench. I thought Gillylen had finally come into his own this year, nope he is still the same stone handed receiver he was last year. He got a few catches early and back to hands of stone like the rest of the receivers.

You've done smoked yourself retarded. Their defense is at least average and quite a bit better than the defense we just saw. If it wasn't for Green coming in and getting us a TD, we'd have been stuck with 3 points. Unless something drastic happens, OU kills us at home. Right now we couldn't score with a hooker.

What I want to know is why the the hell were we taking so long to run plays while we're down by 21? Did we forget the game wasn't over and decide just to run it out since even our OC had no confidence in his play calling? What the hell was going on there, 9 minutes that got us nothing. We ran out the clock for them, and better than they did. I know we are our own worst enemy anymore but Jesus that is just getting stupid. When the commentators see it and wonder "WTF?" that's when there is a problem. Now the national media is sitting there wondering does our OC even have a clue what his job entails. He ran the same zone read 5 times in a row and only once did Lee keep the ball. We gained a total of 14 yards in that time, Helu got us the first down then was stuffed the last 4 times. If we run the same friggin play over and over and over does Watson think that maybe he'll fool them once? The play calling was worse than terrible, he needs to go.

Things you can count on watching this NU Offense: 1. Ricky Henry getting at least 1 personal foul on 1st and goal, followed by a false start. 2. Paul dropping a pass and never correcting his BS, he becomes completely worthless rest of game 3. Dropped easy TD's by our excellent stone handed receiving corps 4. Watson will call the same play 5 times in a row even though is hasn't worked the 4 times prior. You may add to the list as you see fit.

If Lee gets another start without an injury to Green i'm really going to be worried about Pelini's coaching ability. If he has no say in the Offensive side of the game then he isn't our coach and needs to check into that. Lee can't be our best QB week in and week out at practice, that is complete horseshite. Let the Green era begin, and let it continue.

Unfortunately with the let down on offense, I think it dragged the defense down with them. You can't ask the defense to spend 3/4 of the game on the field and hope that they can hold out while some douchebag QB can't move the ball. Lee and Watson, one needs to sit the bench, the other sent packing, plain and simple. Cotton should be forced into retirement by telling him he quit on his own or he's fired. Paul, well he's Paul, he plays like a retard and every so often wakes the f up.

I am throwing Lee and Watson under the bus right now. I am also going over them and then backing up at least 4 times just to make sure their careers are dead in Nebraska.
