I just wanted to resurrect this thread and ask (in hindsight) if anyone still thinks we should have let Riley go mid-season. Florida got a solid guy, but not really who they wanted. TN -- no need to rehash what's happening there. UCLA may have made out pretty good, but there really wasn't much of a season left anyway by then. In Moos you should trust.

That guy needs to show himself the door as he's obviously in over his head. Just wow.

I really hope not. The hire stinks to high heaven no matter what his background is and i dont blame people for being upset about it. But, there are people actually protesting, and the politicians are even in on the outrage. Best to have both parties walk away from that - it's doomed to fail instantly.

On our way home from seeing Frost coach against Navy, we stopped at a rest area that had a Wendy's, and I was symbolically going to get a Frosty... and they were OUT. I was pretty dejected that I couldn't get a Frost-y that day. I took that as a bad sign. But, then oddly, I opened the freezer door at work last week, and someone had put a Frosty in there so I stole it because i felt i had been robbed a few weeks ago. (No, i didnt actually steal it.)

I wouldn't actually mind if he did coach the bowl game, provided he's been announced here first - within a reasonable amount of hours after his CCG.
