Ignore the real issues while tackling sh#t that simply doesnt need messed with. it's all a copout. Our "leaders" dont have the balls or motivation to tackle the real problems. the just "meh" and go over here or there and dick up stuff that is just fine as it is.

Count take the emotion out of it for a second. Have you thought that the reason people continue to f#*k up is because you basically send them to school on how to be a criminal when they go to prison? How can you expect someone yo do better when you take their life away for x amount of years then throw them back out on the street to fend for themselves again. This is ignoring heinous crime like rape and murder of course.

yep. I talked about that. "its a copout fakeid. why cant we ID the difference between some who is legititmately ill and has a chance from someone who is simply a drain on society. call me a dick, but some things and some ppl dont deserve a 2nd chance. some crimes are simply unforgiveable. "
