  1. "I swear to God that he fell." LOL Oh man, thank you, thank you. You have no idea how bad I needed a laugh. Most welcome. We're all (unfortunately) in this together. Yes, but I made the mistake of expressing confidence in Tim Beck before he played a ranked opponent. Holy f#*k do I want to kick my own balls right now. I'm just as big of a sucker. You aren't alone. I do it every friggin' year.

  3. We've had a great rb getting through creases and otherwise masking a crappy offensive line, fooling people into thinking we had a great line. Their effort makes me want to vomit. No, because if that was the case, we wouldn't lead the country in yards before contact. Against what level of competition--the sisters of the poor? Try again.
  4. We can piss money away on everything else--why don't we get the sports psychologist that we had under Osborne? This team needs a shrink.

  6. I've been totally on board with Tim Miles from day 1. I just hope that we can keep him, because he's everything that I could ever ask for in a coach. If he makes us his destination job, I predict that there will be a Miles statue sometime in our future. The rise of this program has been breathtaking. I am so stoked!!
  7. He's an attention whore. I'm not sure that we need those.
  8. It seems like we talk about not having a dominant offensive line each and every year. I would think that this is one area where we wouldn't suffer because of our recruiting disadvantage. Can't we just find some guys regionally and then turn them into animals? I don't understand how this can be an issue every freaking year at Nebraska.
  9. Hellacious punts and sticky fingers certainly deserve mention, but it was one amazing run at the end of the game that wins the award for Ameer.
  10. Be careful what you say here, unless you want to end up like Boss Tanaka.
  11. It reminds me of the Melvin Gordon affair of last week.
  12. Not if you run read option and leave one guy unblocked, or run counter and change the point of attack. With 5 offensive lineman, Armstrong, and Ameer vs 5 defends in the box that is 7 on 5. If you read one of the lineman it now becomes 7 on 4. Beck just needs to stay committed to the running game, but he won't. Yanno......if any of you were actually old enough to see any of our old teams, you'd comprehend what her just said. This new mentality of going for the knockout with the pass first instead of beating them down with a heapin' helpin' of body shots is why this team will never see any consistent success. We'll never be able to recruit the type of talent to be an elite team under the current airball philosophy...... ever. That's for the USC's and Florida schools where they can get those type of players on a consistent basis. Deleted. Made no sense I'll draw you a picture next time.

  14. Aim high. Bring back Tom please. Those days are over and will never happen again, get used to it unfortunately. Can't I cling on just a LITTLE longer? <sigh>
  15. All while running a version of our old offense and with inferior personnel.
  16. I hope that they're wrong about that whole "biggest jump between the first and second game" thing.
