It's Anderson's fault because the talent is not there. How can you not like Doc but like Anderson????????

So now you go from LP to a hidden pistol and Johnny the jet. TO wasn't even the head coach for Johnny. All he was saying was if the ex linebacker for OSU didn't send out that email Tressel would have said nothing. LP got in trouble and TO did punish him WOW nice try but not even close

How on earth is Doc as good as Anderson?? Last time I checked Mizzou has been ranked and been making it to the tourney year in and year out. BTW he can recruit as well. I would be happy if Doc could do even 1 of those 3. I would most definitely take a Mike Anderson type of coach but I do know enough basketball to know Doc isn't it. ummm let me see pre season rankings for the big 12 MU was picked to fisnish 4th or 5th they finished 5th NU was picked to finish 10th or 11th they finished 8th No one thought for one second we would be a tourney team so late in the season Doc gets us to that point with a team that was picked almost dead last in their own conference. Yeah he sucks You just proved my point. If Doc was better than Anderson wouldn't after 5 seasons we would be predicted higher or at least closer to Mizzou. Wouldn't we also be ranked higher than 11th in the conferance after 5 years... Also don't you see it as a problem that not even for a second anyone thought we would be a tourney team.. He has had time to get his own players to fit his mold and it still doesn't help. No way Mizzou would put up and keep Anderson after 5 years if he produced absolutely nothing. Doc has a lot more limitations at NU than Anderson had at MU. Overall Anderson has done more than Doc, but he's not a better coach. Anderson can recruit. Game set match. Duh he can recruit but he sure in hell can't coach

Redout I completly agree. I have been following husker basketball since I was a kid. Lets just say the early 80's. I'm torn right now with Doc. I really don't know how I feel about the situation.

It sucks if true for JBD, but it doesn't change my thought process. ANd here is why. Toney McCray has friggin plantar fascitis and he busts his ass on the floor, until he pisses Doc off and gets the hook. PF causes severe pain under the heel, hinders the dorsiflexion of the ankle(inability to turn inwards for non med people), and can lead to knee pain for over compensation. Yeah, none of those could affect ones basketball game. Maybe JBD hits the bench after surgery and gains some upper body strength. Too bad because he will still have chicken legs and no lower body strength, which he needs a bunch of as well. Jesus is Doc's practices still run like a freaking drill camp. Seems like since he has got here every year we have players hurt. Maybee I'm just over thinking it. But down here I don't hear about players getting hurt all the time and needing off season surgery?

Give me what ever you guys are smoking except for bball backer he knows what is going on MU a basketball school is going to give Mike Anderson a chunk of money to stay and Doc is just as good of a coach as Anderson is. I'm not sure right now who we could get but not fing Brown or Knight

Not very likely. Most 1 seeds aren't that motivated to play in NIT cause they just missed out of the big dance. Most players dont quit, but don't try as hard. I wouldn't be one bit surprised if first round we get spanked by WSU and they do the same exact thing to V Tech. Red Out you were in KC right? Did you see the way our team came out at the sprint center? And at that point they were still playing for something. I see Jeter Maybey and Ubel busting their ass the others ?????
