  1. I'm terrible with creating sigs and such but has anyone seen IowanHusker's sig with the colts and huskers? If someone would be so kind, I would love to have one like that with Miami and Nebraska maybe with Jacory Harris and Zac lee in his famous "pose" after the TD in the Mizzou game or Niles Paul in the Ariz game?? Thanks a ton for whoever is willing to do this!
  2. Does anyone know when the in-home is scheduled for?
  3. Thanks, I'm a little rusty with my JuCo signing procedures rules so I just assumed the JuCo signing period began for all JuCos early not just those graduating early.
  4. Fort Scott CC, Kansas Class of 2010 Position: OLB Hometown: Miami, FL Rivals: Scout: ESPN: NR (JUCO) Offers: Nebraska, Baylor, FIU, Houston, Kansas, KSU, North Texas, Southern Miss, Tennessee, Tulsa Committed to Nebraska 12/9/09 Member of Rivals.com's 2010 Junior College top 50 (7) Set to enroll at end of Spring Semester
  5. caveman just created the first ever "triple post". sweet.
  6. No kidding, I was just thinking of that the other day. Just wish that if that were the case, Owa, Seastrunk, Seantrell, and Prater all suddenly decided to show up on campus to be a... Greyhound? LOL
  7. Haha. I promise I am not Bo, Carl, or Vince or any Pelini. I was wrong earlier though as him and Colter are friends. So getting Kenny could be key in getting Kain. Keep an eye on that. On to the next kid. Alright Osama, I believe you.
  8. I'm sure he's a great player, but we have to consider who we take with Carnes, Owa, and cooper still possibilities. I really hope we have enough room for all of them. That being said, he film on espn is ridiculous and we'll be glad to have him. Sure does look stupid on Rivals though with the hair and that facial expression. LOL he'd probably be a 4-star if he didn't look like a jacked up 7th grader --->
  9. He's a downhill runner that hits the holes really hard and always falls forward. He just slams into that line a lot better than helu in my opinion. Helu is a little better in the open field though.
  10. if they can find a defense and a passing option to compliment their run game, they've got a chance. I'm not convinced of Mizzou's O-line and BG doenst look very comfortable running the ball...
  11. I liked all of those nike pro-combat alternatives especially Miami's in their bowl game. One question: if nike, under armor, adidas and such make such amazing uniforms with the top-notch materials, why the heck is reebok making the pro jerseys? I hate pretty much every pro jersey, they look like high school uniforms because of the poor materials and out-dated designs. I still think that a black home jersey would be sweet. Dont change anything except the base color of the jersey. I like the traditional look of our jerseys though. They scream classiness.
  12. I forgot to mention them... my bad. I think they are going to be good next year as well but they + miami and vt only keep the ACC at #3 due to the lack of talent at the bottom of the conference. Also, I still do not see GT as a legitimate title contender.
  13. I don't think we need to worry about that. bo is loyal and this is one of the premier coaching jobs pro or college in the country.
  14. Next year's Conference rankings 1. SEC--Florida could implode next year with losses of Tebow and Meyer but LSU, Auburn, and of course Alabama will keep them #1. Auburn has the ability to be special especially with the recruiting class they have coming in this year. Alabama obviously keeps Ingram who will be a load for anybody they play. And LSU will benefit from getting QB Jordan Jefferson more reps and more experience and true Freshman Randle to improve as well. Their Defense could take them to the SEC CCG if all goes well. 2. Pac 10--yes the same conference that went 2-5 this year in bowls has a ton of young teams and the fewest seniors graduating of any conference. They will be back next year assuming USC can put together some type of run which is entirely plausible with the type of talent they have there. Also look for UCLA to improve along with Washington especially with the return of Jake Locker. 3. ACC-- Miami and VT will lead the conference and Miami will keep getting better. They, like the PAC 10 will not lose a lot of talent next year. 4. Big XII-- even with Nebraska expected to be an 11 or 12 win team, the conference loses too many players to be considered as good as they were this year to name a few: Bradford, McCoy, Reesing, Shipley, Suh. The North division is not good except for Nebraska and Missouri, but Mizzou took a huge step back vs. NAVY and there is no one else that is a contender in the North. The South loses the best offensive mind in Leach and most of the talent from its two best teams. Darkhorse is Baylor. 5. Big Ten-- They may not be ready as a conference to take center stage again but OSU certainly appears to be the part after taking apart Oregon and almost beating USC earlier in the year. They very easily could have been undefeated this year even with a mediocre offense. 6. Mountain West--Although they lose key seniors, the recruiting in this conference has been fantastic and has really been under the radar especially from TCU and Utah and BYU even. Look for a lot more competition from this conference for years to come 7. The Big East still doesn't look good. Pitt should be the favorite since Cincy loses Pike and they have zero defense. One team does not a conference make especially when your best team should be only a pre-season rank of 15 or so. When you are ranked higher than a team (Cincinnati v. Florida) and you get beaten as badly as you did, and you're the best team in your conference vs. the #2 from another, that shows a huge weakness. Your thoughts?
  15. It is interesting to read the oldest posts to see if they were correct in predictions and such... this one is ridiculously correct though. First the story, which I believe to be true since Bo did go to Oklahoma and he did believe his feelings toward snyder and pederson were justified. Then the thought about Bo and the NFL coach hiring being possible, just brought up out of the blue. These guys were good. Just a lot different than the BS posts you see too often on here now.
  16. muuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuk for amukamara Kuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh for b.steinkuhler since hes supposed to start next year
  17. hm.. i didn't know jamrog was doing special teams way back when... interesting tidbit
  18. Hey tell your kid welcome to husker nation! You're going to have a busy next couple of months but probably some pretty darned good ones. Congrats
  19. yes. there were not a lot of miami fans that didnt like the swag that the U had from the 80's to 2002. Opponents couldnt stand it and just hated miami as a result. a lot of people still do, but their fans love them all the more for it. I feel there's a place for celebration as long as a. you can back it up b. it's not taunting c. you are not winning or losing by more than 30 d. It does't make you look stupid
  20. Has to be Dennard. His first season as a CB (kr last year) and he was an enormous hole in the secondary... but hes just a big fast athletic monster. actually i'd say Marvin Sanders. That guy has made a helluva secondary out of a non-existent group two years ago and a sketchy group last year. He and Carl Pelini deserve assistant coach of the year awards.
  21. thanks. he made a pretty nice kick too, looks like he's still got it ... never mind.
