I have one more thing...try herbal estrogen. I took Estroven. (all you men just close your eyes it will be over soon, sometimes it sucks to be a girl) Take it 1 hour or so before you want to go to sleep..Of course keep on with the wine my friend...couldn't hurt.

most definitely a man thing... the only thing I have is herb tea or better yet a glass or 12 of wine and a nice hot bubble bath then more wine...just trying to help.

Never been. We usually go to Palisades once a year and stock up on wine and peaches. Colorado makes some pretty good wine.
