Anyone know anything about car repair? 2011 Ford Fiesta diagnosed with a bad purge valve. Can't find the part for the car anywhere online. Repair quote also seemed super high. Wondering what I'm missing.
Apparently the answer is NO, nobody knows anything about car repair. Well maybe ZRod does but that still isn't helping. Get a 2nd repair quote and go with the least costly.....or wait until it quits running altogether.
Its on upur fuel tank. Allows air out when you fill. Air in as you burn. The costly repair may be due to damage done to your tank by the malfunction. Or the labor involved in dropping the tank for repair.
