  7. Crustless Buttermilk Quiche: 1 Roll Breakfast Sausage, Browned-(Can Substitute Diced, Cooked Ham) 1/4 Cup Sliced Green Onions 3 T. Butter, Melted 4 Large Eggs 1/4 Cup Flour 1-1/4 Cups Buttermilk 1/2 Tsp. Salt 1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp. Seasoned Salt Dash Of Lousiana Hot Sauce 1 Cup Shredded Swiss Cheese 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Crumble and brown the sausage in a skillet. Add the green onion for the last 5 minutes just to get it tender. If there is excess grease, drain that off. Spray a quiche dish or deep pie plate with non-stick spray and place the sausage and onions in the bottom. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the butter, eggs, buttermilk, flour and seasonings. Stir in the cheeses. Pour evenly over the sausage mixture. Make sure to spread the cheese around evenly. Place in a 350 degree oven. It's best to place this on a cookie sheet. I used the Temptations pie plate which is just the perfect size, but if you use a regular deep pie plate, it will be very full. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a sharp knife inserted into the center comes out clean. If it starts to brown too much, just lay a piece of foil over the top. Slice and serve immediately!
