Maybe the new guy is a better motivator? You don't "do nothing drastically different" and have a bunch of guys setting new benchmarks this quickly. I don't believe everything I hear, so regardless, this is a wait and see kind of thing, no doubt about it we will see the difference on the field. S&C is the core of any good program.
