  1. 6. Indiana 2010: 5-7 (1-7) Offense: 7 Indiana first needs to find a quarterback to replace Ben Chappell who threw for 3,295 yards and 24 TD's. Dusty Kiehl has the slight edge early, but Edwin Wright-Baker is making the push to start in the off-season. They rarely went to the run game in large part due to Darius Willis, Antonio Banks, and Xavier Whitaker all having knee injuries. Willis looks to be the man to help the inexperienced quarterback when the competition settles. Tandon Doss leaving early to the NFL hurts the passing game for the Hoosiers, but Demarlo Belcher and Duwyce Wilson look to step up this season. Kofi Hughes, another wide receiver is having a big spring to add depth. Tight end Ted Bolser had a solid freshmen season hauling in 5 TD passes and having over 400 yards receiving.Their kicking game will continue to be good with starter Mitch Ewald returning who went 16-19 as a freshman. Defense: 6 The Hoosiers have a lot of question marks on defense, but the good news is that they didn't lose anyone too special. Linebacker Tyler Replogle and safety Mitchell Evans are the only two key losses on defense. Defensive end Darius Johnson anchors the defensive line returning with 4.5 sacks from last season. He will have a side kick in Adam Replogle who will add strength to the interior of the line. Jeff Thomas looks to add experience at linebacker while Greg Heban fits in well at cornerback. Top recruits - Zach Shaw, LB Shane Wynn, WR Nick Stoner, DB Key Game: Nov. 26 v.s. Purdue (It will be a battle for the bottom two of the Leader's division, Indiana won 34-31 in OT last season.) 5. Purdue 2010: 4-8 (2-6) Offense: 8 Purdue was atrocious on offense last season to say the least, but it will return two play makers for this season. Quarterback transfer Robert Marve will try to win the QB battle with Rob Henry after tearing his ACL last season. Running back Ralph Bolden also had a torn ACL injury and will try to fill the role of Dan Dierking from the season before. Juco transfer Akeem Shavers will also look for plenty of playing time come the season opener. The offensive line returns plenty of experience to help protect the QB. The Biolermakers only productive receiver from last year is gone, and they are looking for multiple players to step up. Antavian Edison hauled in 4 TD receptions, but only accumulated 316 yards. They also lost tight end Kyle Adams. The receiving corps needs to be built this off-season otherwise the offense has nothing to improve on. Kicker Carson Wiggs returns and will help with scoring some points as he went 15-19 last season. Defense: 9 The best player on defense is gone as Ryan Kerrigan headed to the NFL. Surprising though, this defense should be even better for the upcoming season. They return many players who have another year of experience under their belt and look to build on it. Defensive tackle Kawaan Short is a name to look out for as he will give Big 10 offensive lines' fits. Leading tackler Logan Link returns along with cornerback Ricardo Allen who had a team-high 3 INT's. Look for the defense to try and help the shaky offense. Top Recruits - Armstead Williams, LB Raheem Mostert, ATH Frankie Williams, WR Key Game: Oct. 8 v.s. Minnesota (This Big 10 opener should show where the Boilermakers are at early on in the season.) 4. Illinois 2010: 7-6 (4-4) Offense: 7 Quarterback Nathan Scheelhaase turned out to have a great freshman season passing for 1825 yards and rushing for 868; he tallied 22 total touchdowns. Running back Mikel Leshoure took his talents to the NFL, but they see a good future in Jason Ford who almost reached 1,000 yards last year. These two can turn out to be an underrated one-two punch in their division. Leading receiver A.J. Jenkins returns as he had 746 yards and 7 TD's. No one else helped contribue as Darius Millines and Ryan Lankford look to add depth to the wide receiver position. Lankford has had an impressive spring as Jenkins and Millines have missed the spring with injuries. Freshman tight end Evan Wilson looks to help in the red-zone and short yardage downs as he had 2 TD receptions in 2010. Defense: 6 Two early NFL departures in Corey Liuget and Martez Wilson initially sets the Fighting Illini back. The front seven is going to need help and Akeem Spence looks to help here. Tavon Wilson and Trulon Henry will be two solid players in the secondary. Punter Anthony Santella is also gone as he averaged 44.8 ypp which ranked 14th nationally. Top Recruits - Dondi Kirby, DB Jon Davis, ATH Darrius Caldwell, DE Key Game: Nov. 12 v.s. Michigan (Lossed 67-65 in a 3OT thriller in 2010.) 3. Penn State 2010: 7-6 (4-4) Offense: 7 The main concern entering the season is the QB battle between Matt McGloin and Robert Bolden. McGloin had a strong finish, but Bolden shows a lot of promise and threatened to transfer because he didn't see playing time. Top back Evan Royster has graduated after having a great career, and Silas Redd looks to fill his shoes. An offensive lineman needs to fill the leadership role as guard Stefen Wisniewski is now gone. Derek Moye looks to have a big season after having 885 yards and 8 TD's. Justin Brown looks to help him out on the receiving end especially with tight end Brett Bracket graduating who had 525 yards and 5 TD's. Some depth is going to be needed here to help either quarterback as both of them have a tendency to try and fit the ball into tight spaces. Defense: 7 Leading tackler Chris Colasanti will be missed, but Joe Pa has some other solid linebackers waiting in line. Michael Mauti and Nathan Stupar look to step up at Linebacker U. Defensive tackle Devon Still returns with a team leading 4 sacks from a year ago. The secondary boasts two solid players in D'Anton Lynn and Nick Sukay as they eached had 3 INT's in 2010. Top Recruits - Angelo Mangiro, OG Bill Belton, ATH Anthony Zettel, OG Key Game: Oct. 8 v.s. Iowa (Lost 24-3 last year and haven't beaten the Hawkeyes since 2007.) 2. Wisconsin 2010: 11-2 (7-1) Offense: 5 Game manager Scott Tolzein is now gone after having a great senior season completing 72% of his passes. Curt Phillips has a season ending injury so it opens the door for Jon Budmayr, but talks of NC State transfer Russell Wilson have been in the mix. Running back John Clay is gone, but the Badgers return two great backs in James White and Montee Ball. Together they totalled 2,048 yards and 32 TD's. It might not come as easy next season though with two All Big 10 selections Gabe Carimi and John Moffitt are now gone. Tight end Lance Kendricks is gone after leading the team in receiving yards and touchdowns last year. Wide receiver Nick Toon returns after having a mid season injury. Besides Toon, the Badgers don't have many options to look to. Sophomore Jared Abbrederis looks to help Toon add depth to the wide receiver position. Kicker Phillip Welch is back after making 17-22 field goals in 2010. Defense: 6 Wisconsin will have many question marks on defense entering the 2011 season as it lost top prospect J.J. Watt to the NFL. Patrick Butrym looks to help the interior, but the pass rush will be lacking. Leading tackler Blake Sorensen is also gone after graduating. Linebacker Mike Taylor looks to be a ballhawk, and the Badgers should have a solid secondary. Antontio Fenelus returns his team-high 4 INT's and safety Aaron Henry looks to help him over the top. Top Recruits - A.J. Jordan, WR Jesse Hayes, DE Melvin Gordan, ATH Key Game: Oct. 1 v.s. Nebraska (Conference opener will be the talk of the nation as Nebraska enters the Big 10.) 1. Ohio State 2010: 12-1 (7-1) Offense: 8 The NCAA has given some harsh penalties for the allegations at Ohio St. Quarterback Terrelle Pryor and running back Dan Herron will have to sit out the first 5 games of the season along with head coach Jim Tressell. Joe Bauserman looks to fit the bill with the absence of Pryor because of his experience. Freshman Braxton Miller could also see some time. Jordan Hall had a solid spring and could fill in for Herron. The Buckeyes will need several players to step up in the receiving department as leading receiver Dane Sanzenbacher is gone, and DeVier Posey also has to sit the first 5 games. Tight end Jake Stoneburner looks to help out as he had 2 TD receptions last year, but that won't be enough to stretch the field as they need a wideout to emerge. Defense: 5 Linebacker will be a big question mark entering the season as Ross Homan and and leading tackler Brian Rolle are now gone. The defense also lost a big player in Cameron Heyward and cornerback Chimidi Chekwa. The two defensive lineman to look out for are Nathan Williams and John Simon; Williams had 4 sacks last year. If Tressell is still coaching at Ohio State he will need to find some secondary players to help defend the pass. Top Recruits - Braxton Miller, QB Curtis Grant, LB Ryan Shazier, LB Oct. 8 @Nebraska (This will mark the first game back for the suspended players for Ohio State in a tough environment in Lincoln.)

  4. It is still way to early too be saying who is interested in us or not, but I know these four names have been floating around a lot. #15 - Andrus Peat #29 - Tommy Schutt #32 - Durron Neal #88 - Greg McMullen
  5. You realize you're exactly the kind of person all these articles mention that Bubba gets really peeved about, speaking for him? Good. I hope he uses it as motivation to prove BIG ERN wrong. I hope he proves me wrong as well, but what kid would turn down a few mil to not even initially start?

  7. Also wouldn't hurt if the government had their information straight. We have switched the story so much that people are like WTF did we really do? This goes way beyond conspiracy theories. If you were getting questioned before a judge and switched your story 5-10 times, what would they say? Obama needs to go on TV and tell everyone what the hell happened in full.
  8. Kind of like how the release of Obama's birth certificate shut the birthers up? Or how releasing live video and pictures of the moon landing shut up the moon hoax whackjobs. Or the Zapruder film (and multiple accompanying analyses) shut up the Kennedy conspiracy whackjobs. It won't ever end. The photos get released and we'll have people claiming they're photoshopped. There will always be an excuse, always something. But here's the bigger problem with releasing photos. It's going to get innocents killed around the world. You can say, "But they already hate us, they'll do it anyway." Not so much. The people who hate us have hated us for years beyond count. But as we have seen very recently, they'll use any excuse to go on a bloody rampage, and innocents die. Releasing photos is going to get people killed. It's not worth it. As I said at least we aren't hiding information. There are always going to be people who speculate. You actually think there is nothing in American History where we never lied or did something inhumane? What the hell have we been doing in Iraq/Afghanistan for 10 years? We haven't accomplished much besides having soldiers killed, but WAIT! We killed 1 person that was important to THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of our own soldiers. We also killed THOUSANDS of innocent people over there that had nothing to do with 9/11. So do we have to stay there for the rest of time to patrol their people? Our military could take theirs out in a weeks time. We hear a small rumor that a country has weapons of mass destruction! And we blow them up. Your right, it will never end, always something.
  9. Way too many different stories going around. To me if they released the photos more people would shut up. Obviously not everyone would be convinced that the photo is real, but that isn't what matters. If we release all the information, that's all we can do. If the people still don't believe they never would have anyway, but you cannot keep things hidden. We shot him in the dome, releasing a photo wouldn't just set the people over the edge. Everyone already hates us.
  10. I'll spark a debate. The Fonz > The Prince
  11. No doubt this will become a rivalry..... much like CU was and later Mizzou and Texas were. It will be WAY bigger than those rivalries. I live in Iowa, trust me it will be a rivalry starting NOW.
  12. It's pretty clear from these quotes that you were doubting bin Laden had been killed at all. Now you're just trying to see if we've heard the same things? Most likely we have not heard the same things, because I wouldn't be caught dead listening to a joke of a source like Fox "news." Critical judgment on the information you're getting is a great thing to learn. Once you get it down, you'll never watch Fox again. I wasn't chosen to be born in American and neither were you. What would your thoughts be if you were born in England, Canada, Iraq, Australia, or Mexico? Bigger concern is our relationship with God and really believing what you preach.
  13. knapplc You make some good points here. Again, I want to be wrong in thinking some of these things. Seeing if you heard different than me though. First heard it was a week ago when the raid took place, they then said the same night. Osama first had a gun and resisted, now he didn't have a gun but we still shot him. He used a women as a shield, then now she wasn't a shield and was shot in the leg. We paid Pakistan billions of dollars a year and he was 1,000 yards from their military base in a new built mansion for 5 years. There wasn't guards around the buildings and Osama didn't have a gun, then who was the gun fight with? There is also porn, violence, murder, swearing on television and the internet that children have access to. Release the photos. These aren't smartass questions, but seeing if you heard the same thing or heard answers.
  14. Because it will be funny - where do you get "the real" information? Which source, channel, website, etc? When this came up on the news I read, listened, and then gave my opinion. I didn't hop on the internet or listen to what the news was saying. Honestly, right after I seen the announcement I said to my friends, wow this doesn't seem ironic or sketchy. Way too many "answers" need to be questioned---and maybe they will, but for now I'm not going to eat up the information from the news like a Hungry Hippo. What? Ha. A little bad wording, but just stating I had my own opinion when I heard the news about Osama. I didn't go off people's opinions on web sites. I wont truly believe this until they give me some real evidence. And if they do I will. I'm not someone who will never believe. There is always a reason for us to go into war. We have been a country of war every since we started. If people truly believe that this war was about "Terrorism" they are mistaken. Its always been about the money. And not EVERY conspiracy is true. But not EVERY conspiracy is false. We have done unreal things to people in our time that a lot of people don't know about. This being one of them. LINK No this has nothing to do with the war now, but if we can do this to people than what can't we do. Yes, it was racism that has come along way, but lets get real.

  16. knapplc...Keep drinking the news/government kool-aid my man
  17. For nearly a decade, the United States has paid Pakistan more than $1 billion a year for counterterrorism operations whose chief aim was the killing or capture of Bin Laden, who slipped across the border from Afghanistan after the American invasion. We were getting played by Pakistan or we were on the same team
  18. Make some good points people won't be satisfied no matter what on some accounts. All I have to say is I have the up most respect for the soldiers of the United States, but for the people who were/are in charge of them...Clinton, Bush, and Obama. I don't.
  19. I'm not some conspiracy guy or someone who hates America, but this whole situation is sketchy. 1)Why was the body dumped so quick? (Don't tell me that we wanted to "follow the rules and customs"). 2 This marks the 3rd time that Osama has been considered "dead." 1st 2nd <---she was assassinated 1 month later, and now he's dead again. Again, I'm proud to be an American. I'm not saying these things are true, but it is sketchy to me.
  20. I dont think Prince was a top 10 talent IMO. People buy in a little too much about someones size, arm length, and 40 time.
  21. How he sell out? Chrysler is DETROIT. Reppin'
  22. Ya I read this story but can't find anything anywhere on what he did at Nebraska to be picked 3rd.
