Disagree on this. You can't make your cut and intentionally run into a defensive player. That was basically a moving screen that got called a foul on Leslee. Shields was very unhappy with the call too. A defensive player has the right to maintain their ground. If anything a no-call would have been appropriate....

Nebraska will need to dramatically improve on the defensive side of the ball if they want to consistently compete in the B1G. The offense needs to run through Webster more than it does, and that is including when Petteway is in the game. Petteway is cleary going to be a nice player, but must learn to play within the offense. I like that Webster is starting to become more aggressive on the offensive side of the ball. Biggest take away from the game? Leslee is going to be a key part in our success this season. Played a nice game.... I think this team has the potential to get into the top 7 of the of conference, and that should get you in the tournament. GBR!!!!

The new rules have all but eliminated the charge call, making that call on BIggs even more mind-boggling.....

A team is more likely to foul while pressing. So why is Miles running a press? Plenty of time to just play half-court defense, and still come back to win...

The officials have been horrible, but Nebraska is a pretty poor defensive basketball team that this point.....

I watch a lot of basketball, and this is one of the worst called games I can ever remember watching....Wow....

I wouldn't worry about that. He wouldn't/won't be fired because he won 9 games. As Damon Benning has said multiple times, Nebraska fans should be careful what they wish for.... Because some fans wish Bo gets another year? Damon is clealy pro-Pelini. I just don't understand people calling for Bo's job as this point. Has Bo met this program's expectations? Absolutely not, but I wouldn't be so sure that Bo isn't going to get this thing figured out. The talent is there, I would like to see what he can do with it at least one more year. Calling for Bo's job is ridiculous at this point..... Those fans who are lack reason, and perspective...

I think it's a very smart move. Don't commit to anything (or back yourself into any corners) before the season is over. Wasn't Bill Callahan given a raise during the season when he lost his job? I suppose so. No doubt it is a very strategic move. I just don't understand why Bo wouldn't have his support. There are faults in this program, but a level-headed, professional, highly intelligent individual (which Eichorst seems to be) should see that this program doesn't need a new head coach at this point. Now, I'm not saying that Bo is the right man for the job long term, but he hasn't done anything to prove that he "definitely" isn't neither. Like I said, I believe Bo deserves a chance to see this through through with his last couple recruiting classes. 1 of 4 schools to win 9 games in the last 5 years.... You can't fire a guy for that! You just can't.....

Eichorst's refusal to speak out publicly in support of Bo is mind-boggling in my opinion, but it speaks volumes as well. With all the key parts returning on offense next year, and the obvious abundance of young talent on defense, Eichorst would be insane to not bring Pelini back for another year. I feel like you have to let Bo see this thing through (referring to the incredible amount of potential on defense).....
