I didnt hear the whole argumen but Holtz was saying that the players have to have some respect for each other and even if they dont beleive in what the coaches are saying need to step up and play hard anyway. At the end of the conversation Holtz said that this falls on everyone indicating that it is also partly the players fault along with the coaches. This is somewhat true but our coaches need to take probably about 80% of the blame, and our players need to jsut step up and play for pride instead of playing for the coach.
