They were talking about this issue on "The Spread" one night. They said the main obstacle in expanding the East Stadium would be that the current stands are not structuraly strong enough to support the weight of an expansion. I would think that they could find a way to expand. Hell they did it to the west side. I for one would love to see 100,000 plus in the old girl.

It has come to the point that I don't give a damn what a recruit is rated. Texas had the number one class for years and couldn't win the big game. It ain't a matter of what kind of talent you have coming in it is how you develop it. I think Rivals and all the recruiting services should also throw in the walk-ons when ranking a school. Last I heard N.U. has more walk ons than they have rated recruits. And no one can argue that Nebraska was built by the walk-on. If Rivals rated this way N.U. would top 5 no doubt. Sorry bout the long rant.

Speaking of Makovickas'. I heard that Jordan Makovicka said he was going to walk on. Anybody else here about this?

Never happen. Because you will have people like me who can't afford tickets and only go to games once every 5 years, swoop in and grab them up. I love going to Huskers games win or lose. So if anyone wants to get rid of tickets let me know.

Just did the 97 Huskers vs. 05 USC, the team ESPN said was even better than the 95 Husker team, and the Huskers beat them 28-14. One more reason to love ESPN.

My guess is that these recruits that are dropping out like the way the old staff ran thing. It was like summer camp. No contact during practice so they would break a nail or mess up there hair. Probably told they would start and go to the NFL. Then here comes Bo practice is like boot camp and says If you want to play you better be ready to bust your ass. I aint gonna hand you a silver spoon. If they don't want to come to NU than who needs them.
