Apathy
My buddy from work who lives out in Newcastle, NE texted me today to tell me that his cousin Justin Blatchford from Ponca, NE is going to walk on for Nebraska. Ponca is only like 25 mins west of South Sioux City and I haven't really heard much about this guy nor did I read anything in the Sioux City Journal. But I believe in my buddy cause he wouldn't make this crap up. Has anybody heard anything about this guy and whether he's a good player? Quote Link to comment

Apathy
Ya I just googled his name and I can't find anything about him walking on but he will walk on for Running Back I guess. He rushed for over 1500 yds last year for Ponca to lead them to districts. Justin Blatchford Quote Link to comment
AuroranHusker
I noticed that Justin Blatchford rushed for 1,531 yards this year (and he was a three-time thousand yard rusher), while Collins Okafor rushed for 1,525 yards (for Westside, in Class A). Quote Link to comment

frazier9495
I have seen this kid play a few times. He is one of the most instinctive players I have ever seen. When his crap for a line managed to give him a whole he always managed to find it and then he would just embarrass kids out there. But with NU being stacked at RB I think they may try him at another position. LB or SS would be my guess. He is one of those gifted athletes who could have played pretty much any sport in college (not D-I necessarily) Quote Link to comment
huskerfan500
Is he a junior now or a senior? Quote Link to comment
