In the past year, Purify has had his own legal troubles. He was placed on a year’s probation in Lancaster County Court in July 2007 after being convicted of assault, disturbing the peace and hindering arrest in May and for DUI in June. Purify was ticketed March 8 on suspicion of being an inmate of a disorderly house after police were called to a loud party in the 3100 block of Mickaela Lane. On Tuesday, Lancaster County prosecutors filed a probation revocation motion based on an allegation that Purify had used alcohol in California against a probation order. The ticket from the March party and the motion to revoke Purify’s probation will be taken up at a May 20 hearing in Lancaster County Court. Quote Link to comment
