husker_hurdler Posted May 23, 2008 Share Posted May 23, 2008 I went in today to lift weights this morning and found that all the bench presses had been taken out and replaced with about 20 Power Lift stations (bench/clean/squat racks). I thought it was a nice change. The transformers are still there, and a few of the lessor machines are leaving as the new coach is more about balance and mobility (free weights).
