DJR313
http://journalstar.com/articles/2005/02/09...89098220220.txt Interesting read about Shanle. Bill Busch really likes this kid because of his awesome passion and explosiveness. It says here that he ran a 4.38 forty during winter conditioning, eclipsing his previous best of 4.54. It says the time was handheld, so who knows exactly how accurate that is, but if it is accurate, thats awesome. Quote Link to comment
Blackshirt34
I wouldnt think that timeis very accurate, but he is probably much faster than 5.45 but not 4.38. Its good to have players like this returning because our secondary is a concern for us this year. Quote Link to comment
Eric the Red
Is there a complete listing of these winter conditioning scores?? Quote Link to comment
Benard
The guy is a hoss. He will end up doing much like his brother, walking on, earning a scholarship, then starting at his postition for the next 2 years. Shanle is a hoss, the guy is very explosive, and very fast. Can't wait till the spring game to see all these guys and see how they pan out. hopefully we can sell the place out. sell out? There won't be as many as last year. I think Shanle will be ok but nothing outstanding, kind of like his brother. Hopefully he doesn't do the roids like his brother. Quote Link to comment
Pedro Guerrero
He will end up doing much like his brother, walking on, earning a scholarship, then starting at his postition for the next 2 years. Andrew was on scholarship from day one. He wasn't a walk-on. Quote Link to comment
joshuavacek
It is nice to know that a the guys from last year are working hard to improve themselves. A little hard work goes a long ways. Quote Link to comment

Hard work and buying into the system. I think him and Stu Bradley may have pretty good seasons this year. Quote Link to comment
joshuavacek
I agree. I hope to see a lot of the young guys step up this year. New leaders will emerge and a new tradition will start. Quote Link to comment
