SkerMin8r Posted August 24, 2008 Share Posted August 24, 2008 Barfy say's, "Reliving '62-36' can be theraputic" After reading this I'm encourgaed by all we've heard coming out of camp...BUT...I am also thinking I may need to "temper" my enthusiasm for this season. I believe we will make it to a bowl. I believe we will be proud of our Huskers at the end of the year. But I think we have a long way to go to return to that team that other teams "have to prepare for differently". I know Bo (with TO's tutelage) can return us to that. But can the kids on this team change their approach seemingly "overnight"? I don't know. Any of you close enough to the team to have a feel for it? Quote Link to comment
Chef K Posted August 24, 2008 Share Posted August 24, 2008 No it's not gonna be an overnight process, having said that Nebraska will be more competitive, hustle a hell of a lot more, play with a higher intensity and eventually regain their status as an elite program.
