Roxy
My friend is a great cook and she emailed me this recipe today- so I thought I would share it with you all. Don't blame me if you make them and don't care for them because they are too hot-I warned you..this is what she said and the recipe. I love her recipes and I plan on making these. These are really HOT and I mean HOT!!! But, oh so good! I dipped mine in a bit of ranch dressing. If you like blue cheese dressing that would be good too! And don't forget the cold beer!!! Prairie Fire Wings: Take your wings (tips removed) as many as you want, and place them directly into a slow-cooker along with the following items: 5 – 6 dashes of Tabasco sauce At least ½ large bottle of Sirachi (Rooster) sauce ½ bottle of Franks Red Hot sauce 1 TBSP. white sugar 4 or 5 minced hot peppers of your choice...I use jalapenos Cook in slow-cooker on high for 3 hours, then low for 6-8 hours.
