I like when the polls are flexible enough to reflect which team would more than likely win in a head to head, today... as opposed to who squeaked by in a H2H 3 or 4 games ago. http://www.trikketalk.com/vb/image.php?u=2...line=1227042990 Quote Link to comment

Like Western Michigan getting more votes than NU in both polls? Quote Link to comment

Ha, well, compare 9-2 and 7-4 . . . if more than two AP voters remember that we played them way back in August, then they've got quite a good memory. Quote Link to comment

Well, this is where the whole strength of conference debate comes in. There's no friggin' way WMU should be rated above us, if either team was rated that is... Quote Link to comment

I even forgot we played WMU You almost have to expect that kind of stuff happening at that (lower) end of the ratings. Where it would take only one or two writers from Mich. or Penn. still pissed of about not winning a MNC over us in the '90's. Why overall..I tend to trust 'puterpolls more than the writers..or even coaches. Quote Link to comment
SouthBayHusker
tt is no better than NEBRASKA at this point of the season - our game with them was pretty even - OU on the other hand is a step faster than both of us and just plain BETTER than either of are. I figurd before the game OU would win 45 - 21 but they dismantled tt and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. Quote Link to comment
