Was the murder planned (technically, it would have to be planned to be murder as opposed to manslaughter or similar crime, but...)? 3. But she killed him and she did it on purpose, thus murder. 3. Kinda but she did murder him, she killed him, she ended his life, she is the reason he is no more, she did it in cold blood, he is dead because she wanted him dead, meanie ain't she? YES I'm going to say yes, it doesn't matter what she killed him with, the important thing is that she killed him. Lets say she stabbed him with a knife she pulled out of the glove box. As she was near death, she took a knife from the glove compartment and stabbed her husband to death out of revenge. After the car crashed, the police arrived on the scene. The shame/humiliation was too much to bear. The car crashed(Peugeot). Not a great loss(its french). She died in the crash with the murder weapon in her cold dead hand.
