When the husband died he fell against her causing her to fall out of their 40th story condo where gravity and the high inertial impact caused her demise.  not natural not self defense not suicide  (chf=congestive heart failure, dm=diabetes mellitus).

These are more fun than arguing with FF

1. Were the husband and wife in the same vehicle or mode of transportation at the time of the murder?

2. Was the murder planned (technically, it would have to be planned to be murder as opposed to manslaughter or similar crime, but...)?

3. Other than being in the vehicles or modes of transportation at the time of the murder, did the vehicles or mode of transportation play a part in the murder?

Kinda :) but she did murder him, she killed him, she ended his life, she is the reason he is no more, she did it in cold blood, he is dead because she wanted him dead, meanie ain't she?

Note: You all will also have to figure out why she killed him. Blame the difficulty of this one on all the smarty pantses out there :P

Was she driving the vehicle?

Was the vehicle a car?

Were there any other injuries or deaths as a result of this event?

Did the wife kill her husband with a hand-held weapon (like a knife or gun)?

Did the woman die as a direct result of the thing that killed her husband?

Did the wife kill her husband with a hand-held weapon (like a knife or gun)? YES I'm going to say yes, it doesn't matter what she killed him with, the important thing is that she killed him. Lets say she stabbed him with a knife she pulled out of the glove box.

Did the woman die as a direct result of the thing that killed her husband? NO

While driving, the woman found out that her husband had poisoned her. As she was near death, she took a knife from the glove compartment and stabbed her husband to death out of revenge.

After the car crashed, the police arrived on the scene. Subsequent autopsies revealed the woman had died from poisoning while the man had died of injuries from being stabbed.
