Need a consistent running game.

I do agree with you that the huskers need to be more

consistant with their running game, but i dont necessarily

agree that they need to average 200 yards per game.

They need to take what the defense gives them and

capitalize every time. That may mean that they do get

over 200 on the ground or maybe 400 through the

air. Whatever it takes that allows for them to succeed.

I would like to see less penalties and dropped balls on

offense.

On defense, better tackling and fewer blown assingments. <_<

We are only 2 games deep in the season, and on year 2 with

a new coach and mostly new staff. Still working around the

talent that we have.

I like how Watson takes what the defense gives him. He doesn't seem to force things that aren't there. I am very excited about out Lee and our deep threat, however.

i am not too worried just yet... i guess i am still happy about our last win... but as the VT games draws near i think i'l be examining the situation a bit close......

i trust based on last years game and film from this year the staff will come up with a plan and implement that plan both in practice and in the game that gives us our best chance to win... if this includes a heavy dose of the gun i hope helu and burkhead will get it done... if its a more pass happy then i'm sure helu and burkhead will really throw the VT crew off their game with occassional bursts and long gains....
