BigWillie
...did he? Then, Herian had less time to get past it. Blue is still a sophomore, am I right? correct me if I am wrong but the two injuries arent really that comparable are they? isnt blues just an ACL? or am I thinking of someone else It terms of what they hurt, no. But in terms of how they have acted after coming back from injury, yes. I remember at one point hearing a story about how Herian would almost refuse doing physical therapy on his leg because he was afraid he was going to hurt it again. If you want another example, go back to the '06 USC game when Taylor completed a long pass to Herian in the 3rd quarter, IIRC. Herian basically stopped and went down on his own when he peaked over his shoulder and saw someone about to go for his legs. Blue is the same way. Nasty injury and he hasn't learned to trust his body again that it will be okay the next time he takes a hit or makes a hard cut. Can kinda understand, but at the same time, they have to feel like they have cheated themselves a bit. Quote Link to comment
huskers1
So it sounds like Blue has a ways to go, how about Williams in this whole deal? With Williams, Compton, Fisher, Whaley and Martin I really, really like our LB's for years to come. Quote Link to comment
