My favorite is actually a run down place called Netties in Bellevue. I don't think they take credit cards, but I like their food. Fernando's on 114th and Dodge isn't to bad either. Eldorado -- 5134 S. 24th St. -- is excellent. So is El Rancho -- 2030 Martha St. And ditto to El Alamo -- 4917 S. 24th St. These are real good examples of the real thing in Omaha.  For BAJA style, Hector's -- 3007 S. 83rd St. and 1201 S. 157th St. -- is very good. The one out furher west has more sauces, and they can make fresh gaucamoli(sp?) right in front of you.  For Tex Mex, Roja Mexican Grill & Margarita Bar -- 17010 Wright Plz. -- is decent. It has a fun atmosphere and has entertainment. Quote Link to comment
