COACH WEBB
Player: Kortland Webb Hometown: St. Louis, Mo Position: Ath (QB/DB) Height: 5'10" Weight: 160 lbs. 40 time: Visit Date: Scholarships: Favorites: Missouri, Purdue, Mich State, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Illinois, Northern Illinois Rivals: Scout: ESPN rates Kortland as the #68 athlete in the nation. He is currently a 3 star and the #9 overall player in the state of Missouri. He was clocked at a 4.49 at the University of Illinois football campe. Here is a little bit of the write up on ESPN, but I am not an insider, so I don't know what the rest says. Webb is a speedy, explosive athlete playing as a dual-threat QB, but will end up as a slot receiver or cornerback at the next level with upside as a return specialist. He is sudden and elusive at the same time and has outstanding feet. Lacks great size and bulk, but...link to story Quote Link to comment

COACH WEBB
Kortland earned Player of the Week Honors from the local news station (Channel 5). He ran for 160 and 4 TD's and threw for another 164 and 2 TD's against a bigger school in Parkway Central in Missouri. Here are a few clips of his performance on last Friday. Let me know what you guys think. gratefullred
Id like to see the coaches get someone who could be primarily a slot. I cant remember the last guy who was a small, quick athletic slot. Seemed like we could pull in Curtis last year, and I thought Antonio Bell could be that player. We know how that worked out.
