I heard meditation works wonders. Just like turning off your brain and breathing deeply and regularly. I need to try this sometime though because I always go to bed thinking about a ton of things, and take ages to fall asleep. It'd be nice to be able to just shut everything down and say "you know what, I don't care until tomorrow."

I've often wondered if I landed on the wrong planet.

Every time I get 7 or 8 hours of sleep, I'm up for 20.

I keep trying to think up ways to slow the rotation of earth down to a respectable 28hr day, but so far, just seem to have to resort to sleeping 4hours at a time on week days and 15 on Sat and Sun.
