knapplc
The Twins have moved struggling right-hander Nick Blackburn into the bullpen, and left-hander Brian Duensing will take his place in the rotation. Acting manager Scott Ullger made the announcement before Wednesday afternoon's game. Duensing has a 1.67 ERA in 43 innings, all in relief. He made nine starts last season and proved viable in deeper leagues down the stretch as a starter. Good to see more Huskers getting PT in the majors. Quote Link to comment
huskerswrkhavoc
As he should of been all year... Funny, I'm a huge sox fan, and even I can see that Duensing needed to be in the rotation instead of blackburn from the get go.. I was talkin with some huge twinkies fans back in mid-april and they said the same thing, Blackburn never deserved to be in the rotation and it should of been Duensing from day one.. He's been useful all year. Quote Link to comment
