Foppa
Here are my game takes...starting at 11:00 AM 1) Please...no one EVER buy an Olds Alero...sell it if you've got it... 2) God bless the man in the Haymarket who ended up with my credit card...and declined to pay his $36.00 bill with it. Or give it to the Pitt table next to you... 3) I LOVE gameday 4) Husker fans are the best people in the world 5) That was one of the best weather-wise games I've ever been to. 6) If the wind affected you in some way, Jordan, disregard #5. 7) I have never been more excited for a Husker game. 8) I have never been more p*ssed off at a Husker game. 9) I have never been more proud as a Husker fan. 10) I have never been more hopeful at the play-calling with Callahan. 11) I have never been more disappointed at the Solich play-calling. 12) What is up with the mentality..."if it works, fix it?" 13) Never judge the character of those around you based on the appearance...I felt like I was in a Pepsi commercial in the 4th quarter. 14) My apologizies to Blackshirt, and the rest of the crew...had NO time to get to the north side of the stadium...hope the food was great, and the hospitality even better 15) I am SO sorry for the Pitt player whose leg is in a very bad situation. Wow, that looked awful. Get well soon. 16) I went nuts most of the game, and only got ENCOURAGEMENT from those around, and behind me...And I was in the West stadium 17) Game ball...Carriker and Glenn...yes, Ross was much better, but Glenn SURPASSED expectations, did what he did best, hung on to the ball, just added a great dimension to the team. 18) Glenn...WHY were you on the bench the entire 2nd half?!?! 19) Did I mention how great the fans were??? UNBELIEVABLE!!! 20) I'm not sure if I want Oct. 1 to come around or not Quote Link to comment
rocketlb
Game ball...Carriker and Glenn I think I would give the game ball to Sam Koch, personally. He did his job getting us out of some harry situations. Although he did have one shanked punt, I think he more than made up for it with his freaking bomb of 80-some-odd yards. Other than that, I'd say that's pretty much how my gameday experience was as well. Quote Link to comment

Eric the Red
11) I have never been more disappointed at the Solich play-calling. Kind of hard to have imaginitive play calling when your team had a hard time doing the most elementary of things, i.e. lining up properly. Quote Link to comment
StuckinChicago
Carriker was huge. He came up with all of the big plays on defense. He gets the game ball. When your offense only scores seven points and you still win, someone on the other side of the ball was doing something right. Quote Link to comment
