If we're the ones committing the penalties, there's no escaping Bo's rather either way. Umm, no. The old saying "There is offensive holding on every play", but it is rarely called. Many calls involve a judgment factor - especially on PI, holding and personal foul calls. What is more important is to be consistent. This is what upset me the most this year. That being said eliminate the controllable dumbass penalties like off sides, illegal substitution, delay of game calls. Quote Link to comment
