Bradr
Saw on the news this morning that today's release of the Superman comic book was set in - of all places - Lincoln Nebraska! Apparently there is a massive flood and then a giant tornado. Probably a corn field too. Anyway, the pictures shown on TV displayed the capitol building, so at least they did a bit of research. Also, supposedly the WoodmenTower is shown in the background. I take it that this comic must be set in the distant future when Lincoln and Omaha have merged into a great metropolis or somesuch. Edit: Apparently Omaha Superman #708Superman meets the new Wonder Woman for the first time! But why can't he shake the feeling that he already knows her? The Man of Steel will have to figure that out later, as the two heroes have their hands full defending Omaha, Nebraska from the evil Keres, a supernatural force determined to rid the town (and the world!) of all Amazons - and they're not too crazy about Kryptonians, either. Landlord
Well it's originally set in Kansas, so not too far off. Quote Link to comment
