bennychico11
oooo, this is very similar to a calzone style pizza I made. Take the dough and stretch it out enough so that when you put it in the iron skillet and add the topping, you have enough dough to fold over the top. It's awesome! Thanks for adding this Roxy. to make the pizza even better tasting...cook it outside on a high temp grill. There's just something about that grill flavor. Quote Link to comment

Roxy15
I haven't made this..found it on the web..hope you enjoy it..it looked good to me and most of all...easy to meke. The original recipe didn't say to add more shredded mozzarella cheese on top...I used to be a supervisor at a pizza hut and they always put shredded mozzarella cheee on top, so I added that. HUSKER 37
Corn meal in the bottom of the pan might help it separate? and one mistake? my mom used to make with homemade (Chef Boyardee) pizzas back in the day...Forgetting to cook the crust a little before adding the ingredients...Made for a soggy pizza (which might be where Steve Martin thought up "Cup-O-Pizza" franchises in "The Jerk".
