Roxy15 Posted October 17, 2011 Share Posted October 17, 2011 I haven't made these but they are on my list to make for the World Series:) Go Cardinals:) Recipe calls for Lousiana Hot Sauce, but, I may use one of the following sauces: Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce/Franks RedHot Xtra Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce Hot Chicken Wings: 3 Dozen Chicken Wings ***1st And 2nd Wing Pieces ***Or Use Chicken Party Wings & Drummettes 1-(12-oz.) Bottle Louisiana Hot Sauce 6 T. Unsalted Butter Or Regular Butter 3 T. White Vinegar 1 T. Worcestershire Sauce 1-1/4 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper 1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder 1-1/2 T. Flour Bake or Deep-Fat Fry the wings until the wings are done. Mix all the sauce ingredients, except flour, in a saucepan. Cook over medium low heat. When warm, add flour to thicken sauce; stir frequently. When sauce is thick, cover bottom of 9x13-in. baking dish with sauce. Mix the rest of the sauce with wings and place in baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for about 20 minutes or until warm. Serve With Celery Sticks/Party Carrot Sticks/Bleu Cheese Dressing/Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing. 1 Quote Link to comment
