GSG
In case his college classmates missed his trial 14 years ago, convicted terrorist Ted Kaczynski just wants to let everyone at his alma mater know what he’s been up to. Kacyznski, also known as the Unabomber, is serving a life sentence for killing three people and injuring 23 in a nationwide series of mail bombs sent between 1978 and 1995. He’s also a member of the graduating class of 1962, which meets this week for its 50th reunion; and while Kaczynski was unable to attend — he’s currently incarcerated in a federal Supermax prison — he sent in a status update for the fete. The Unabomber lists his occupation as “prisoner,” and under awards includes, “Eight life sentences, issued by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, 1998.” Under publications, the Harvard mathematician lists Technological Slavery: The Collected Writings of Theodore J. Kaczynski, a.k.a. “The Unabomber” — an edited collection of his anti-technological rants published by Feral House in 2010, according to the Boston Globe. http://newsfeed.time.com/2012/05/24/unabomber-sends-bizarre-class-update-to-harvard-alumni-directory/ Quote Link to comment
NUance
What's the difference between a disgruntled postal worker and the Unabomber? A Harvard education. Quote Link to comment

Can't help but wonder if he was allowed to snail mail the updates. And if he was, how they picked who would open the envelope. Quote Link to comment
