Roxy15 Posted July 1, 2012 Share Posted July 1, 2012 Grilled Spicy Seafood Stuffed Portabello Mushrooms: 2 Portabello Mushroom Caps 1/2 Cup Crabmeat 1 Cup Bay Scallops 1 Cup Shrimp, Chopped 1/2 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs 1 Egg 1 T. Wasabi Paste 1/2 Tsp. Ginger 1 Jalapeno Pepper, Minced 1/2 Tsp. Old Bay Seasoning 1/2 Tsp. Oregano 1/2 Tsp. Basil Salt & Pepper 1/2 Cup Monterey Pepper Jack Cheese ***The cheese is grated/shredded Olive Oil Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for mushrooms. Top each mushroom with filling.
