Roxy15 Posted July 4, 2012 Share Posted July 4, 2012 Bacon Wrapped BBQ Chicken Strips: 1 lb. Chicken Tenders Or Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts 8 Slices Bacon, 1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder 1/2 Tsp. Paprika Preparation: Preheat broiler. Cut Chicken breasts into one inch strips-(or you can use chicken tenders, already the right size.) Season chicken tenders with garlic powder and paprika. Wrap each tender with a piece of bacon. You can cut the chicken strips and the bacon in half lengthwise to make smaller strips and more of them if desired. Cover a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup. Place chicken strips on the baking sheet, tucking ends of bacon under each piece to hold in place; or you can use a toothpick to secure them. Broil for 5 minutes and turn, broiling again for 5 minutes. Brush each side with BBQ Sauce and broil for an additional 1-2 minutes per side. Remove from the broiler and serve. 1 Quote Link to comment
