Carne Asada For Steak Or Chicken:

 

 

 

 

2 Cups Orange Juice

 

1/4 Cup Lime Juice

 

1/2 Cup Lemon Juice

 

1/2 Cup Soy Sauce

 

5 Garlic Cloves, Chopped

 

Handful Of Jalapeno Slices

 

3 T. Chili Powder

 

1 T. Dried Cilantro

 

1 T. Cumin Powder-(Opt.)

 

1 Chopped Medium Onion

 

Mix everything together and add meat.

 

Cover and refrigerate..the longer it marinates, the better it is.
