BigRedBuster
In my office I am using a Lenova Think Pad. I have never liked this computer. I don't like how it functions and on top of that, it is big and heavy to carry around on trips. Sometime in the next year, I am going to be getting a new computer. Do any of you have any recomendations? I want something thin and light. Most of the time mine is on the docking station in my office but sometimes I take it on the road with me or home. I mainly use mine with the Microsoft Office suite, emails and internet. I constantly use Excel and I get a ton of emails. Thoughts??? Thanks, Quote Link to comment
strigori
Just about anything will do the task. Most of it will get down to what you prefer for looks/feel. If you want light, a netbook might be an option, but the trade off there is almost no storage space, and no upgrade ability. I have had HP and Toshiba laptops. The customer support for Toshiba was much better than what HP had. Quote Link to comment
HuskerfaninOkieland
I've had several Toshiba's and have been happy with them. We typically get the lower end models since we use ours predominately for school, internet and emails. They're not very light but they fit easily inside a backpack or computer bag. For our purpose, they've been a good laptop. Quote Link to comment
