I'm no expert but it seems like this one is simpler to evade than opening up a Kwik-Star on the corner. Because that makes no sense to the company. The only change for the company is a software update. Its for the buyers that have a cost shift. There is a massive expense for moving operations and the added expense of overseas shipping is either an added cost to the company, or an extra cost to the buyer that would more than likely offset any gain by not paying sales tax.
