Senior outside hitter Kelsey Robinson led the charge as a first-team selection, while freshman outside hitter Kadie Rolfzen was named a third-team All-American. Junior setter Mary Pollmiller and sophomore middle blocker Meghan Haggerty were chosen as honorable-mention selections. Congrats ladies! Well deserved. 1 Quote Link to comment
knapplc
It's too bad Kelsey is probably not going to set foot in Nebraska for a while. Seems like our top-notch Seniors graduate and then fly off to another country to start playing professionally right away. Seems a shame not to be able to give them a proper send-off, but it's great to see that they can make a living playing the sport they love. Quote Link to comment
Blackshirts007
Haggerty was a sophomore this year? I know she is a senior school wise. How is she only a sophomore athletically? Quote Link to comment
knapplc
She graduated from Benet Academy in Glen Ellyn in 2011. 2012 was her Freshman year. How is she a senior school-wise? Has she just taken a boatload of hours already? Quote Link to comment
