Roxy15 Posted May 18, 2014 Share Posted May 18, 2014 Crockpot Pork Sandwiches: 2-(1-lb.)-Pork Tenderloins 2 Cups Ketchup 4 T. Plus 3 Tsp. Brown Sugar ***Use Less If You Like It Less Sweet 4 T. Plus 3 T. Cider Vinegar 2 T. Plus 3 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce 2 T. Spicy Brown Mustard 1/2 Tsp. Pepper ***Add Chopped Onion & Garlic, If You Want Split Kaiser Rolls Cut the tenderloins in half and place in Crockpot. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over pork. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours, or until meat is tender. Remove meat, shred with 2 forks, return meat to Crockpot and heat through. Quote Link to comment
