The junior from Grand Island attended the Kohl’s Elite camp in Milwaukee and emerged as the champion in a 60-man competition. “It’s unbelievable to have that kind of exposure and match yourself up against other guys in the country — NFL guys, free agents and other college kids,” Foltz said. “It really brought my confidence up.
