He surrounded himself with ineptitude so no one could step in for him. Mack Brown is available. I'm at least half-serious, not that it would be a good idea. But there are rumors for Jamail (their mega booster) wanting Brown for the AD job. Isn't Jamail his attorney? I remember seeing something about when they pushed out Mack.
