NUance
Shatel: One thing not in doubt — these Huskers are anything but boring POSTED: SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2015 12:05 AM | UPDATED: 1:11 AM, SUN SEP 27, 2015. By Tom Shatel / World-Herald columnist <snip> Tom Osborne spoiled us, of course, with the most consistent winning college football has ever seen. Now, Memorial Stadium is a fun house where Hail Marys happen and Ameer Abdullah runs through 10 defenders to beat McNeese State. LINK I was thinking about that after the Miami game. That NU had played in two of the most exciting games of the season in college football. (Even though the good guys lost vs BYU and Miami.) And now Southern Miss keeps us on the edge of our seats until the final snap. That said, I wouldn't mind seeing a nice safe, boring blowout game. 2 Quote Link to comment
TonyStalloni
With the volatile nature of kids these days and the intense scrutiny of every play, many teams live a fragile existence. If MR and staff can get a few kinks worked out we might be alright. It should be a fun ride! Quote Link to comment

DomiNUs
There is a reason there are so many old people in the stands at Nebraska. For 30 some years "blowout boring" was the norm. I just don't think our blue hairs can handle much more of this excitement. I am begging MR to please get us back to "blowout boring" and spare those people their lives! Quote Link to comment
